Abstracts should only be submitted online via Submission system.

You will be informed in a week by e-mail about the acceptance/rejection of your abstract submission after the peer review process.

REGISTRATION

All conference participants must pay the registration fee. For each paper/poster, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee. 

Please see above registration deadlines and payment instructions below.

Registration fees include admission to scientific sessions, keynotes and workshops;  all congress materials and certificate of attendance. 

In case of any cancellation or non-attendance, unfortunately the registration fees are not refundable.
